Customer-facing forms in Strise allow you to verify, correct, and complete entity information directly with customers, while retaining full control over which data is accepted into the platform.
Through Strise’s partnership with Signicat, you can create custom, white-labeled forms tailored to your specific requirements. Forms can be pre-filled with existing data from Strise and sent to customers for review. Customers can verify, update, or add information, as well as upload supporting documentation, before submitting the form.
Submitted responses are reviewed in Strise using a dedicated comparison view, where form data is displayed side by side with the current information stored in Strise. Accepted data becomes the basis for screening and continuous monitoring.
Customer-facing forms are offered as a separate Strise module. Access requires that the module is included in your commercial agreement. If it is not already part of your contract, a contract update or renewal will be required.
To enable customer-facing forms, contact Strise at “this email” to request access and confirm commercial availability. Once access is granted, you will receive credentials for the Signicat form platform.
Forms are created and configured in Signicat. During configuration, Strise provides guidance to ensure that:
Forms can include both structured data fields and file uploads, allowing customers to attach relevant documentation as part of the submission.
After configuration is completed and the integration is in place, the form template becomes available in Strise.
Forms can be sent either directly from the Strise application or from your own systems through the Strise Connect API.
Strise provides status updates for each form instance, including when the form is sent, started, and completed. You are notified when a completed response is received.
Form responses are returned in a structured JSON format and may include references to uploaded files. Both the submitted data and any attached documents are surfaced in Strise.
Responses are reviewed through a comparison view that shows submitted information alongside existing Strise data. As a case worker, you remain in full control and can choose whether to accept or reject individual changes made by the customer.
Only data that you explicitly accept is written back to Strise. This accepted data becomes the authoritative data source used for screening and ongoing monitoring.
All form responses, including submitted files, are stored in Strise and linked to the relevant entity. Responses can be attached to reports or exported for external storage or further processing.
