As a technology company, it’s important that the physical tech doesn’t become a limit factor.
Therefore we have put in place a hardware budget for all employees. The purpose of this budget is to make sure you get the equipment required to do your job, while also giving room for some extra accessories.
In short, the budget should at a minimum cover a PC, while the rest (e.g. phone, airpods, ...) is optional.
NB: One monitor and desk are exempt for the budget, as these are considered shared resources across the company. However if you want second monitor, the amount will be deducted from your hardware budget.
To accommodate for the different needs across different departments the budget is structured into two groups.
35 000 NOK eks. mva/VAT (£2 500) in the first year of employment, and 12 500 NOK (£1 000) each following year.

60 000 NOK eks. mva/VAT (£4 400) in the first year of employment, and 15 000 NOK (£ 1 250) each following year.
